The registration fee is $42 via PayPal, or if paying by check, registration is discounted to $40. The registration fee includes the cost of food and the workshop, and participants must pre-register. We can’t be showing up without the ingredients, am I right?

Can’t make it to any of the classes, but think this would be an excellent event to host? Contact Chef Jessica; she schedules demonstrations for homes, offices, and gyms to teach everyone these awesome cooking methods for healthier living!

As an Altman of Altman Dental, Jessica began Garden Fresh Foodie to help her patients suffering from food allergies, diabetes, periodontal and heart disease get recipes to improve their eating experience, and it grew from there! Her recipes aim to be generally heart healthy, gluten free, low in sugar, low in saturated fat, anti-inflammatory, and high in nutritional density. Although, she admits, we have to splurge on desserts every now and then, so her blog is sprinkled with incredible decadent dessert recipes. I definitely recommend jumping over there; even with the evidence of her images featured in this post, it’s crazy how delicious she makes healthy food look!
