Don’t let the winter blues get to you; warm your heart and soul with Buffalo SoupFest on
February 15th March 22nd!
UPDATE 2/14/15: Due to the extreme weather and the travel advisory in effect, Buffalo Soup-Fest is postponing the event scheduled for Feb 15th. The safety of their patrons, restaurant staff, workers, and volunteers is very important to the organizers of Buffalo Soup-Fest, so please reschedule this event in your calendars to March, 22nd. Thank you, and keep safe.
I should just put this out there: I love soup. Pretty much any soup makes me very happy. From Alton’s daily specials to Saigon Bangkok’s Tom Yum, I check out soups anywhere and everywhere.
That’s why I was so excited to hear about this fastest growing winter event in Buffalo!
Buffalo Soup-Fest has spent the last four years providing tens of thousands of Western New Yorkers with some of the best soups in the area. During this time, we have partnered with some amazing chefs and the results have been beyond creative! –Buffalo Soup-Fest Homepage
Now that you’re aware of my passion for soup, you see why I had to see what this was about. I submitted a contact form regarding the options of vegetarian soups and would this be a good event for us alternative eaters. Buffalo Soup-Fest got back to me, and not only are there going to be options for vegetarians, but there’s even going to be contests for the best soups! I’m thrilled to announce I’ll be representing us vegetarians at Buffalo SoupFest as one of the judges!
